Our Process
OmniDocs is a centralized document management platform built to digitize and entire document lifecycle for enterprises — from ingestion and classification to collaboration, approval, and long‑term retention. It replaces manual file handling and disparate storage silos by connecting contributors, reviewers, and auditors in a single secure system with role-based workflows and complete auditability.

Technology
OmniDocs is architected as a modular three-tier system: a responsive Web Admin Console for configuration and monitoring, native Mobile Capture apps for field and offline use, and a backend Engine providing indexing, OCR, classification, encryption, and workflow orchestration. Security uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS in transit, SSO/LDAP integration, role-based access control, immut able audit logs, and optional HSM key management.
